Process of the Machine
The process
of the filling system is very simple to operate even a non skilled person can
operate this system. The operator has to place the pouches in the bottom of the
system and after that he has to press a foot switch the require quantity of
your material will come in the pouch. If you are having the automatic sealing
machine than he has to place the pouch on the conveyor belt and on the other
end the sealed pouch will come out. To set the desire weight in the system is
very simple, to increase or decrease the filling quantity operator has to
change the button setting.
